Welcome! I’m Siofra, a dedicated yoga teacher & reiki practitioner, passionate about guiding students on their journey toward greater balance, strength, and inner peace. With over 8 years since first starting this practice, I specialise in vinyasa, hatha, pregnancy and restorative yoga, helping individuals of all levels cultivate mindfulness, flexibility, and well-being.

My teaching philosophy is centred around creating a supportive, inclusive and safe space where students can connect with their breath, body, and mind.
