About Reiki

How a Reiki session works?
During a Reiki session, you'll lie comfortably fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. Each position is held for several minutes to help balance your energy centers (chakras) and clear energetic blockages.
Most people experience a sense of calm, warmth, or tingling sensations as energy flows through them. Sessions can help:
