A mindful 60mins flow focused on breath and balance to centre the body and calm the mind. Expect steady movement, grounding postures, and a refreshing reset to carry you through the rest of your week.Some experience required.

This class begins with a gentle slow flow to warm the body and ease the mind, gradually transitioning into restorative poses designed to promote deep relaxation and stillness. Perfect for unwinding and resetting.

This will be a nourishing 2 hour workshop, designed to support deep connection and restoration as we move further into Spring. Together, we’ll explore:
